What is an Airport Meet & Greet Service? A Guide to Premium Service (Butler)

There are many steps involved when travelling through an airport, from check-in and immigration to baggage claim and reaching your pickup point. During busy travel periods or holidays, these steps can also take longer than usual.

For travellers who prefer a little extra assistance, having someone to guide and assist you along the way can make the airport process easier and more convenient.

Premium Service (Butler) is our airport Meet & Greet and personal assistance service, with a dedicated staff member to meet, guide and assist passengers throughout the airport process. The service is available for both arrivals and departures at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Airport.

🛬 For Arrivals

Our Meet & Greet service for arrivals begins at the aircraft exit, where our staff will meet you and assist you through the airport.

The service includes:

• Meet & assist at the aircraft exit

• Guidance and assistance through the airport

• Priority Lane assistance, where applicable

• Assistance at baggage claim

• Escort to your pickup point, connecting flight area or airport exit

For arrivals at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Buggy Service can be added to Premium Service (Butler). The buggy provides transportation within the terminal, helping reduce the walking distance from the gate and making it easier to get through the airport.

Buggy Service is available only as an add-on to Premium Service (Butler) and cannot be booked separately. Service is subject to availability and airport conditions on the day of travel.

For departing passengers, our staff will meet you at the designated meeting point and assist you with the airport process before your flight.

The service includes:

• Meet & assist at the designated meeting point

• Assistance with check-in and baggage

• Guidance through the airport

• Priority Lane assistance, where applicable

• Escort to the entrance of your departure gate

Who is Premium Service for?

Premium Service is suitable for travellers who would like some extra assistance at the airport, whether travelling for business, with young children or elderly family members, or simply navigating an unfamiliar airport.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours before your flight to allow enough time to check and confirm availability. All services are subject to availability and airport conditions on the day of travel.
